Where is my Account Code?

Look on an old statement. You will find the account code just to the right of the box containing your address. It should start with the first 4 letters of your Last Name.

I'm having trouble registering for a new account. What's going wrong?

When registering for a new account both the Full Name and Patient Code fields must match your statement exactly. These fields are case-sensitive. Please look over the most recent copy of your Statement and ensure you are entering your Full Name and Patient Code exactly, including matching casing.

I'm seeing "An Error was encountered processing your registration" when I try to register? Why?

This error commonly indicates 1 of 4 things:

  1. Your Email Address and Confirm Email may not match: please make sure these two fields match exactly, including capitalization.
  2. Your password may not be long enough: please make sure that your password is over 8 characters in length.
  3. Your Password and Confirm Password may not match: please make sure these two fields match exactly, including capitalization.
  4. Your User Name may already be in use: your user name must not be in use by anyone in our system. If you have confirmed the above 3 possibilities are correct, then please try choosing a different User Name.

Do Automatic Payments Take Effect Immediately?

No. Your first payment needs to be made upon registering. Scheduled future payments do not go into effect until your next statement is available.
